I’ve been using this restaurant for over 10 years and it is literally the worst McDonalds ever!!The food is always late and cold when delivered. They miss food and sauces from your order with such regularity, It feels like a deliberate cost saving exercise. Just terrible!!

Huge shout out to all the staff today! After driving around, we discovered all the drve thrus were horribly busy today. Mabey the hideous weather?The staff today were working as quickly as they could under horrible conditions. The server, who was out in the rain and cold, was a legend ?? . Thanks

Terrible service food always cold, wait times are a joke. Clearly overwhelmed by delivery orders and can’t handle actual waiting customers. Specifically annoyed at waiting 15 minutes for 2 hot drinks that’s were watery when I got them.

The last couple of visits to my local McDonald's was a slight disappointment as whilst was waiting for my apple pie to be cooked, my chips were cold on receipt. Not a good look am afraid.Parking: There's enough parking space
How hard is it to complete a full correct order. If it states something on the receipt then the item gets packed not ignore it.

I stopped by here on my way back home from visiting some friends and family in Brighouse and might I just say I was greeted by a lovely, young, curly boy whom’s name I cannot seem to remember but he was very polite to me. Thank you (whoever you are lol)!

I think I’ve had one of the best experiences in McDonald’s at this place! Service was fast, meal was delicious. Would like to give a special shoutout to Teddy (I think that was his name) who was so polite with me and patient as I decided what i was going to have to eat. Thank you!! ?
