Takeaway. Food was half an hour late and staff DO NOT answer the phones when enquiring about where the food is. This is not the first time we have had issues with this. Last time, I lost £50 worth of food we ordered for a birthday because they simply didn't send anything and couldn't get in touch with them as they weren't answering the phones! Won't be ordering from here again. AVOID.

Tried a few curry houses recently and we always compare them to the royal Delhi as it’s the best. Everything from the service to the food is just amazing. If anyone asked where they should go for a curry I’d send them to the royal Delhi.

I’d heard good things about this restaurant, I and booked a table for 4. Upon arriving we were seated upstairs. Straight away it was so noisy. This was at 7pm on a Saturday night. Service from waiter staff was okay/good. The starters came pretty quickly, onion bhajis were yummy, the fish pakora, not so much. We then waited over an hour for our mains. The restaurant was clearly too busy for the amount of people, who were packed in like sardines. My husband left the restaurant due to the noise and having ADHD. . We spoke to a member of staff who apologised for our wait and refunded 1 pint of lager. As we’d drank more waiting for our meal, it’s pretty null and void. They offered a free drink if we come back again. Not sure we will. The mains were lovely.

Ordered on just eat, ordered at 6:30. Said delivered at 7:45. Impossible to get through then when we did they said it’s just been cooked and will be 10/15 minutes. It’s been another 40 minutes and still no food!! We’ve ordered from here before but definitely won’t again! If you’re busy turn off orders, it’s now too late to cook. Wasn’t even a big order, just two curries and naan.

In a party of 7, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats at a busy time. Drinks were quickly offered and our orders were taken. Poppadoms appeared although not asked for, but were eaten anyway. Service went smoothly and the food was eaten with relish as it was all very tasty. The ambiance was buzzing and the staff were all very efficient. A good evening was had by all

Went for Christmas Dinner over change and could have gone any Saturday night or any night had the same for 23 quid I understand you overheads and opening Christmas day but there is taking the piss and ripping the public off who keep ypu in a job all year round think about and start again with what's fair or stay closed at Christmas ? sorry for the poor review but I think you know that I am speaking for us all.

A really enjoyable meal at a great price. We were staying overnight in the area. Myself, partner and daughter had a great meal and promptly served by great staff. My partner enjoyed his usual of Chicken Madras and we shared a Chicken Balti, along with rice, chips and chapati. No complaints at all. It was a really busy early Saturday evening. We had travelled from the midlands and really wish this place was closer to home. Would happily visit if we’re in the area again.

Had a few drinks in brighouse with my partner from Manchester. Then went to royal Delhi restaurant omg what can I say about this place the staff were amazing and very quick service. And for their curry’s they were so so nice had a really nice time there and even the chef came to say hi to me as well. So if your going out in brighouse and you fancy a curry definitely try the royal Delhi (A STAR ALL AROUND)

What can I say the lamb chops to start were fantastic what flavour and perfectly cooked and presented. The Karahi Bhindi Gosht was wonderful fresh Okra perfectly flavoured what a treat. Served but very polite staff that were very helpful. Garlic Nan bread was huge. Can’t wait a return

Came highly recommended and should have done some research before hand. The food was awful and when asked by staff if it was ok I was spoken over and rushed to pay. With a food hygiene rating of 2 and improvement necessary notice by 11.10.23 they clearly haven't improved. One to be avoided. Don't waste your money.
OMG!!! If you want first class service, if you want a relaxed, spacious, welcoming atmosphere, if you want absolutely stunning food, then this is the place for you!! We were blown away by our meal here. The owner is an absolute gent, the staff are just fantastic, the food was Michelin star (I'm not an official star giver) quality and they can't do enough for you!Very reasonable price wise and a really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. You really cannot fault this place. I cannot wait to return. Many thanks guys for making my evening exquisite! A*******

The worst Indian meal we have had. Four of us had different dishes+every 1 of these were too spicy but no flavour. The staff stand there watching you eat which was very intimidating.

We visited here on a very busy night, we didn't pre book. They managed to get us in really quickly, the food was beautiful, service great. The young ladies were amazing! This is now our new favourite restaurant. We'll be back!
