Has this closed down? Google says it should be open, but it’s not?

I bought a bacon and egg this morning and the bacon was like rock hard leather so I won’t be going back again. The ice cream is poor and the big blonde lady is horrid

First time here. Overlooking park. Lovely service and lovely food with piping hot coffee. Space for those elderly or with disability much welcomed. Will be visiting again.

The Little Coffee House Owner, Eleanor is one of the most generous, kind and thoughtful people l have ever met, and has gone to great lengths to ensure her most vulnerable customers could safely enjoy a drink and a snack during a global pandemic. Hygiene comes top of her list. The young ladies that work for her are always incredibly friendly and efficient, the food is tasty and plentiful, and of the highest standard.

Card machine was playing up.. so after queuing for a while with my child and dog they didn't trust us to go back after with the cash or bank transfer so I've used the same card in the coop n the way home and will heat my own soup up. Won't be going again

Below is the food i bought from coop on the way home because their card machine didn't work and they didn't trust us to return with cash later. This was after a little while queuing. Goods below bought on same debit card

I have used this place a few times while taking my little girl to the park. Today, I had my 2 year old who stood with me and peeked over the table in front of the takeout window. I paid up and started to walk away and the lady slagged me off loudly to the customer behind me, saying she now had to sanitise the table because I'd "let my child put their hands on it even though there's a sign to say not to let children touch anything". Clearly, I overheard and went back to let the lady know I hadn't noticed her sign and it had upset me to hear her mouthing me off to other people when she could have simply asked me politely to stop her touching it. (which is ridiculous anyway as the table is only there to house a sign and a plate for people to put cash on!) I heard her continue to mouth me off to more people as I walked away again. Awful woman, very unkind and I will not be returning.

1st time visiting the little coffee house, the lady is NOT polite & is very rude, said morning we got a reply with a dirty look, disgusted in the service we recieved could see her wispering about us to the other staff members.

This place is amazing. Amazing because firms put millions into customer service each year, and this establishment does all of the opposite and manages to stay in business. The first hurdle to negotiate is the signs. There's loads of them. Allow yourself a good ten or fifteen minutes to absorb what you are and aren't allowed to do.For example, while the intention to keep the seats free for the elderly and infirm is to be applauded, the actual execution of this rule is bizarre at best. Perhaps you have to look like you fit into those categories before you sit down. But rest assured, after it's taken you all the time to read the signs, you may very well be elderly so it's all good. The next thing to remember is cash. Yes, good old cash. In a world which is moving to a contactless society, this place only accepts hard cash. The owner says it's because "I don't believe in a cashless society" which is fine if you don't run a cafe in the middle of a park but unfortunately, she does. The real reason I suspect is that she wants to avoid the merchant charges associated with contactless payments but let's not go there.I strongly advise you obey all the rules and go along with whatever the owner tells you. Do not question her. If you do, she may well do what she did to me and nick off and mutter to her staff out of sight. Not out of earshot though were you love? All in all, this experience is akin to what I expect it was like trying to get food in a post war Eastern Bloc country.

Absolutely disgusted, will never buy anything from these ignorant people. My 3 Yr old son were refused a ice cream, had to walk away with him in tears. All because he went under the canopy with me excited about having a ice cream. Then to be lied to that they don't sell ice cream even after the man infront just bought one and it also states on menu they sell ice cream.

They never got our custom as we were unable to sit in the seated area reserved for the elderly only never mind the fact that i was disabled and no where else for me to sit. The lady i spoke to very dissmissive once i asked about disabled not having access and she ssid for elderly for trace and contact and dismissed me. They only take cash aswell. I was disgusted by how i was spoken to. I have been on many occasions and i will now not be returning and others know.
