I ordered my food to this place and it switched my location to another burger king 1.1 miles away. She never even gave me a refund.

First and last time that i shall be visiting this place. Ordered a double burger ? with onion rings firstly they were cold. Started eating the burger and the bun started to disintegrate tried the best I could to eat it but the bun just turned into breadcrumbs I was so annoyed I took it back to the counter and asked for a refund. The so called manager Sean laughed and said no way was he refunding it as I had eaten some of it. The bun felt very cold and crumbled as I tried to eat so not sure if it was frozen or stale eventually he refunded my money.

If you're ordering delivery through deliveroo or similar be aware that there is only a 50/50 chance that the staff here are capable of getting ANY of your order correct. When it's right it's probably one of the better Burger Kings but having to argue with Deliveroo over a refund every other time is pretty tedious. Would highly recommend getting some employees with higher reading comprehension skills.

Best BK I’ve visited, friendly staff, quick and quality food along with a very clean place. Waiting time for quite a large order is 5 minutes at most! Only criticism I have is the low amount of sauce on the burgers.Parking: Joint BK-Domino’s parking spot with a lot of free space. Very easy to find a close spot!

Food is good here..but there's always a queue..the wait is ridiculous. Customers with tickets standing all over waiting for food. Reminded me of Argos..loud music.. kids shouting..needs more staffParking: Parking is at Junction 32 retail park. Every space is like finding rocking horse poo..
Food was terrible bread buns were stale. The bacon on my bacon xl was like rubber we ended up throwing our meals away.

Am not a love of fast food burgers...their ok ish...the extractor from the shop is truly revolting burnt oil wafting all over excape area.. not nice at allIf thats going in your body...can keep it... ? i know FF outlets have to be efficient for cleaning but its a tad utilitarian..??
