I really wish the staff would take the initiative and serve the long cue gathering instead of preparing orders for Uber eats orders, GREGGS! Serve those that visit the physical store first it will grow your business far more through foot traffic- just noticed Greggs don’t allow comments on previous comments wonder why? I think this place may be turning toxic
