We called in here off chance to grab some lunch myself and my husband and we weren’t disappointed.
Firstly the service from the staff was fantastic. The manager (think his name was Nigel) never stopped making everyone feel wecolme and that everyone was okay.
Bernie served us and it was nice to see a waitress go above and beyond.
We have eaten at a few Harvesters and this is far the best. It was clean, welcoming and the food was great.
We will be back and Thank you

We visited castleford 32 yesterday and wasn’t expecting to go here for our breakfast but thought why not. it was our first experience of going out for a meal with our 7 week old baby. From them moment we walked in the manager (a credit to your restaurant and company) made us so welcome. He was asking us about our baby, sat us in a warm area and offered to adjust the table to suit our needs. the rest of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make the first experience with our baby perfect. Might sound small gestures but they all make a massive difference. A visit to remember many thanks ps the breakfast was lovely n great value ( under priced if I’m honest)

Went in for lunch after a weekend in Leeds. The restaurant wasn’t particularly rammed given there was plenty of tables. After waiting an age after ordering drinks for them to be brought to us, we then had another wait for our food orders to be taken. In the meantime, two tables around us that had been vacated, where prioritised rather than taking our food orders. There was absolutely no desire to take the order. Paid for the drinks, all unfinished and left. Proper rubbish and pathetic experience

Worst meals we’ve ever been served. Drinks bad too, flat cocktail, Pepsi tasted of soda water only. Oven chips, macaroni and cheese was literally just cooked macaroni with melted cheddar on top, no béchamel. Meat over cooked. Dry. Awful

My child and I visited for our evening meal on Friday, as a treat, and we had a great experience! Our waiter Lee, was the best! He was friendly, chatty, fun, and gave excellent recommendations on the menu. The food was delicious and the service, provided by Lee, was exceptional. We will visit again soon! Thank you - thank you very much.
My self, my partner and my son came in for our Tea this evening. We were greeted by the new assistant manager who was lovely to start. We were waited on by a lovely lady named Lynn. She was an absolute delight from start to finish and made our evening a pleasure. Hands down the best waitress we have had. Will be coming again.

The table they sat myself and 2 daughters was next to the salad bar and directly opposite the kitchen doors. Not a nice place to be seated, it was very busy with staff in and out and people queueing at the side of our table for the salad bar. The staff looked miserable and a handful looked unkempt. The food was nothing special and in my opinion not worth the money, chips cold and hard and as the waitress put my plate in front of me my food almost slid of the plate. I won't be going again. I really don't understand why you have to key in your car reg on entry, not as though people would park their cars there all day, there's nothing around there.

Took my daughter and granddaughter for lunch. Salad bar was fine, bread slightly hard. Starter of garlic bread with cheese was warm not hot. Mains arrived. Chips covered in salt which i don't eat, peas cold and scampi undercooked!! My daughters and granddaughters chips also covered in sat. She is 2 years old!! Said it was previous chef in leaving it in bowl!! So you don't clean then? What utter rubbish. Then still had cheek to bring a bill!!! Environmental health will be informed today!! STAY CLEAR!!
