Not had a KFC for a while and after what we have just purchased we will not be having another. The burgers were tiny, a dribble of mayo and lettuce is obviously on rations. The chips tasted 5 days old and the whole meal was cold. It comes to something when the tastiest item was the Pepsi Max!!!! The girl who served me was very friendly but the food was rank. KFC you have gone down hill.

Utterly disgusting! I wish I could add pictures to this review because the fillet tower meal I ordered looked more like road kill, brown soggy lettuce hard bread like cardboard cold and literally thrown in the box I would not let an animal consume what I just received! I will never eat or order from kfc again!

Just opened 10.30 floors dirty not swept . Chairs still had food crumbs all over. Part of the order not ready so the food was cold . Even the last freshest of the order luke warm. Don't bother going

Paid 23.99 for a gravy triple bucket and didn’t get the wings so got served food that’s on a double bucket at 19.99. Lost 4 quid.

Appalled with the parking restrictions. You spend your money at this place, eat in at the establishment, you are left with a £100 fine.
Staff were not helpful when I asked a question about a particular burger, could not order at the till as they only accepted cash there, the gravy was cold and they forgot the garlic mayo dip,not worth the £29 we paid.

A colleague went for 2x trilogy boxes and a wrap meal , when he came back there was no popcorn chicken and all the food was cold , so he rang up to ask if we could get them to be told no and a very off woman Athena we believe her name was started being awkward and really awful on the phone , for my colleague to be told that they would refund or replace the missing items , this we found to be an absolute disgrace KFC you need to retrain your staff I think

Discoverer a piece of metal wire in the chicken - serious concerns about food. Zero lack of concern from the manager. Rather than addressing this alarming issue promptly and responsibly, they displayed a disinterested attitude with just a refund.Food safety should always be a top priority in any restaurant, and finding foreign objects in a meal is not only off-putting but also potentially hazardous. I had expected better and would hoped for a more customer-centric response from the management. Put me off KFC for the foreseeable
