Ordered food for 7pm, food arrived at 5:30pm. I refused the food as we weren’t ready for dinner. I think they redelivered the same food at 7pm as it was rock hard, the base of the pizza was burnt. The milkshake was warm. Really disappointing to say how expensive it is compared to much better takeaways in the area.

Waited 1.5 hours with no sign of food. Called the place and they said I'd never placed an order. When I told him I had been charged so this couldn't be true I was accused of lying and told if I wanted a refund I was to drive to the place and prove it.When I arrived and showed the email of my order along with the bank charge my order magically arrived in their system but was listed for collection not delivery so I asked if that was the case is my order ready, I was told no but they would make it and deliver it order was ready and it arrived shortly after when I asked if this had been freshly made I was told yes but it was infact the order they'd made hours ago and didn't deliver so it was cold and dry.Used to order regular from here but never again. Very Expensive. The £10 Calzone was the size of a ginsters cornish pastie. And the cheesy chips had an horrid salty coating on them I couldn't eat. Pretty disgusted tbh

Won’t be using again, may not seem much but 50p charge if you pay by debit card and ordered reg fries and large fries and only difference was size of box. Absolutely no difference in portion size and weight. Absolutely disgusting service. boycott the robbing sods

Zero stars! 2 hours for delivery! Over priced and and over rated, pizza...more like a flat bread minimal toppings ZERO cheese. I’ll stick to pizza prima in future! AVOID, absolute rip off. Not to mention the 3 pound delivery charge.
