Probably the best Starbucks in the Wakefield area. It's clean, organised, well run and most importantly the drinks are made to the Starbucks standard. Beware when visiting on weekend afternoons and bank holidays because they do get very busy!.On this occasion I got the Gingerbread Latte.

Just ordered an off menu Cold brew coffee and the barristers couldn’t not have been more accommodating and friendly. Best customer service I have received in time. My husband waited a good 15 minutes for 2 hots chocolates, 3 cakes and an ice drink. It was served in takeaway cups and paper bags when we were eating/drinking inside. We had to aske for plates and spoons and the staff were rude. A handful of other customers had the same experience because a member of staff didn't print orders correctly. Not one member of staff apologised for the appalling service. We will NOT be returning!

I have been to a lot of Starbucks in England and I think this is the best run one I have found so far in the UK. It seems cleaner, it’s bigger, it open later, the staff seem to work well together, they seem faster, the staff has been friendly, the bathrooms seems to always be in working order and when I have been here near closing people aren’t kicking me out early. These are the things I expect from a Starbucks, and this one meets my expectations.

Visited Starbucks today at J32 freeport, Castleford. I had walked a long way and needed a refreshing drink. I had the pink coconut drink, never again. The little I had tasted good, however at least half of it was ice. This made it a very expensive drink.

Got my usually drink and it was vile, couldn't drink it, first time I've ever left a starbucks drink!! Staff aren't very friendly, tables were dirty. Worst starbucks I've ever been too.
