Was standing outside Subway at 6pm and they were closing up!\\n\\nRidiculous, ruined our day, we were seriously hungry and this made it so much worse. Ideally no stars would be given.

I ordered 4 trays of food for a party and was a little apprehensive. I shouldn't have been. The food was ready on time and I was impressed with the quantity I received. Every single sandwich and cookie was eaten. I'd recommend for catering.

I’m surprised it’s 3.6! The food was probably fine, the staff! Disgusting! Young man yesterday said ‘ if you haven’t got the track and trace app on your phone you can leave ‘! We did, all 7 of us. So much lost custom Subway. My parents don’t have mobile phones. Only one of us had the app. Other places have the paper version. His attitude was appalling. Do you train your staff? Nasty horrid boy! It’s zero stars!

I understand the staff are busy, but their glove changing procedures/general cleanliness need reminding. I saw a ham sub fall into the cucumber tub - not a problem, accidents happens, but when a fresh cucumber was brought out the contaminated leftover cucumber was transferred to it. For vegetarians or those who don’t eat pork for religious reasons this is unacceptable. I then witnessed staff moving from the meat to salad sections without changing their gloves. The same issue as above. A lot of adjusting face masks then not changing gloves too. Overall, pretty disappointed but I’m sure it’ll just that they haven’t thought about it. Issues that can be easily resolved.

Popped in to here for lunch on the 29th August 2020. Firstly we waited in line for over 10 mins near the front while they made telephone orders, the line behind us went out of the door. When we did get served it was very quick and efficient. The girl who did our salad and took our payment put on a fresh pair of plastic gloves as she had just come out from the back. We were highly impressed, especially because of covid and being an eating establishment. This didn't last for long. She served us. We went and sat down and was shocked to find a dirty table which I got tissues and antibacterial spray out of my bag and wiped myself. Then to our horror the girl who had just served us came and cleared the rubbish off the table next to us, did not wipe it. Then went and served the next customer with tbere salad without changing her gloves. Even if we were not in a pandemic at the moment, it is standard food hygiene. We were shocked and discussed. We will never eat in a subway again if staff feel this is acceptable service.

Ugh flies everywhere flying over the food and staff with no hair nets. Tables and floor a mess. My first time to a Subway and didnt know what to do. Other people came in and were the same to be told it's on the board, but it doesn't explain what you really have to do. Could do with steps to say what to do in my opinion

Walked in was busy. Ordered food sat down. Was quiet 5 mins later. I cleaned my own table. After 20 mins not one of the staff cleaned anything. There was food all over floor and tables. Sauce up the walls and bin overflowing. 4 staff behind counter doing nothing. After another 15 mins as I was just leaving we witnessed a female member of staff come out from behind counter and push the rubbish down in the bin with bare hands and collect green baskets. She put baskets on the ready to use pile without as much as wiping them then continued to served a young man his food without washing hands. At this point we left our table and walked out never to return. An absolute disgrace. If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered vegan sub , request to staff to change the gloves as she was doing meats before me . Very rudely refused to change. 😡 . If you need to sit their you have to clean your table that’s rule here . Never will go back to this subway .

Tried the new garlic bread sandwich and it was lovely. The staff was lovely especially Cindy (who isn't a robot) and Chloe. Having nice staff in Subway always makes it better.
