I was walking around enjoying the sites of historic Dewsbury town centre when I came across this cafe in the midst of gorgeous buildings.I had long chat with a lady at the reception and enjoyed my coffee break. They were knowledgeable and friendly. It’s important to support local businesses and Dewsbury town Centre has a large well designed and built Edwardian and Victorian buildings. It needs a leg up. So if you are in the area pop in for snack and lovely coffee.Kid-friendliness: NA but recommend for friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Not an issue

Today at the cloggs in dewsbury a small cafe established 20 years ago this is a first time visit on entrance it was warm welcoming with a little hint on industrial quirkyness sets off the mood I was greeted quickly by lucy who was quick to be of service I ordered a banna milk shake with ice cream added and a pannini 50 % beef in gravy 50% chicken in gravy the base had stuffing not over complicated bothe the chicken and beef were tender the only grievance I could of eaten 6 paninis great prices and great service

Really nice cafe in Dewsbury. It was great to drop onto. Had a mug of tea and a bacon sandwich, which was excellent. Good, friendly service.
There were 3 of us. We just had lattes but were very nice. Small coffee shop but busy very nice staff.

Delicious food every time. Recommend the meatball pasta and garlic bread for a filling lunch. Lemon meringue waffles with cream & ice cream delicious too.

Such a lovely little sandwich shop. Used to frequent with my mum as a child&came in today after a massive urge for a clasic ham&egg sandwich, greeted by super friendly lady as i came in. Every ingredient was fresh and high quality, the boiled egg was perfectly cooked with a slightly soft but not runny center! Gorgeous

Extremely poor customer service today, extremely disappointed, I will not be going back!I have visited Cloggs on many occasions, not again.

This 5 star rating is based solely on staff friendliness, service, and atmosphere because I only stopped for a drink. I absolutely cannot fault them on any of these things.I walked in, was greater by an attentive woman, I ordered by drink, and went to sit down. My drink was brought to me by an equally friendly, attentive man. My friend and I sat talking, and we were not rushed along by staff either.Any customers who came were greeted with the same amenable manner. This cafe is a lovely place to visit.
