Nice clean atmosphere. Karak was decent. Desserts were lovely. Would recommend visiting this place!

Nice tea and donuts. Qatari chai taste better than Arabian in my opinion. They make proper stewed tea here unlike some chai shops it’s not from a machine.

I've been coming to this place ever since it opened and have always loved their brownies. However, on this one occasion l was extremely disappointed with the hot chocolate that was given to me as it was mostly just warm milk with no taste of chocolate in it and when l took the lid off the colour of it was white which is not the normal colour of hot chocolates l've had before. So l took it back to the counter and told them about it and they agreed to replace it. When it was ready the lady behind the counter told me she made my drink the way she did because she was instructed by a previous customer to add a lot more milk to their hot chocolate so she assumed every customer would want it like that. I found that really weird but told her it doesn't matter and took a sip of the hot chocolate only to realize it still tasted the same so l ended up throwing it away when l left the shop.

Fantastic flavours of tea and chocolate. Just the right amount of ginger in the ginger chai, a lovely French vanilla latte, proper hot chocolate that's actually hot, and a lovely coffee.Next time we'll stop for the cakes or food, but today just the drinks were lovely.Sumaye was super friendly too. We'll definitely be back.

Tea is the best, I personally like the Qatar and Arabian chai. All made with fresh milk. Service always spot on.

My wife was super excited going there, we went there and there wasn't much. NGL chai was very good 10/10 marks for Chai but it didn't worth the hype.

I love trying new tea places. On a visit to Dewsbury town I knew I had to try Pappa Chai. Sumaiya who served us was absolutely fantastic. She explained the difference between the teas. She had good knowledge on the teas etc.I opted for the Arabian tea and my sister had the Ginger tea. Also we bought a Nutella brownie. The tea came relatively quickly and I really enjoyed it. You could tell the tea was brewed freshly and not the powder that some big tea franchises serve. The Nutella brownie was really good. Will definitely visit again and try out the food. I have heard the tandoori seekh kebab paratha is really good. A lovely ambience and very clean. A fantastic quaint cafe to visit for a quick snack or a place to relax and enjoy your cuppa.Kid-friendliness: My daughter wanted the brownie warmed up the lovely Sumaiya didn't hesitate to help and warmed up.
