Food was good but they forgot more then half my order when asked for it to be redelivered they wanted me to spend more money so then they could deliver it to me….. and then continued to hang the phone up on me…. Went through Uber for a refund and they are only giving me 6.06 back on £15 worth of missing food…. Wouldn’t

Honestly food is brilliant but they're the worst place I've ever experienced for customer service out of the past 5 or so times I've been, they've either gotten the order wrong or not listened to simple instructions like no salad or no chili sauce 4 times, at this point I'm questioning whether the employees are even listening!! You are payed to do a job and yet can't be bothered to even do it properly?

First time ordering the turkish delight pizza paid £8.00 opend the box took a first bite the base raw toppings burnt cheese donner very hard in the pizza and i called the takeway told them the guy said oh next time u orderd ill give u a discount then called after 2 hours he said bring the pizza to show me evidence i throwed it in the bin because it was uncooked raw he said we dont have any pizzas now call back on sunday you kidding me right now absultely jokers this has to be reported to food hygeine councill should realy take this matter serious

Delicious, best kebab in Dewsbury and the chicken shawarma is gorgeous as is the mix fatayer.
Santos in Dewsbury is a great takeaway specializing in fattayers. The food is decent, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly. The standout dish is the flavorful and generously sized fattayers, but other menu items like mixed grill and shawarma are also worth trying. Santos is definitely worth checking out for a satisfying meal.
