I am absolutely fuming. I have just paid for a return taxi to this garage and when I got there the door was not open so I went to the window, the person behind the till was counting cash and saw me but didn't acknowledge me. I asked if I could buy something and he said no. I asked if he could get me my products and he shook his head and pointed to a sign that said back in 5 minutes, I waited for a little while and asked him if I could please ask him a question , he finally half looked at me and I asked him how much longer would it be. The taxi meter was ticking after all, he shrugged and said 15 mins. I asked once again if he could just grab my things and he said no.I don't know why he couldn't and that isn't really the issue even though I was miffed about it, the real issue is how rude the attendant was. It would have taken 30 seconds to let me know what was going on instead I felt invisible and when I was addressed it was with disdain. I checked it was open before I set off. I paid a tenner to be insulted. I can get that for free at homeI have only just realised I have had a response so I went to the link which then brought me to a shell website which was a general rather than what I expected, there was no way to speak to someone about my experience. Very poor customer service if you are a Gujarati you will get the best service. But if you aren’t I feel sorry for you.If your first in the queue to be served don’t think your next to be served, you will be h thy he last.This relates to yaadgaar shop inside the shell petrol station.Waited 25 mins for a simple breakfast bap and 4 people came in after me (Gujarati speaking) and got served first.NEVER AGAIN ???
