This has to be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the food, to the service, to the overall atmosphere of the place. First time a meal has ever left me speechless, and with the starter alone, no less. Anyone who can eat here but decides against is missing out big time. Go here, leave happy.

We came for nye and wow what a night! Excellent food, the steak was perfectly cooked, excellent atmosphere and fantastic hospitality! We really couldn’t fault a thing. We were made to feel so welcome and really do look forward to coming back! Keen to support this excellent local business!

Although it was Christmas Day, and you had to book, it was truly a memorable experience. Arrived at 3pm and we were shown to our table immediately. The restaurant was fairly busy but it was so well organised. The staff were incredible and not flustered at all. We were asked if we wanted to order drinks which we did. As we had pre-ordered our meals arrived promptly. The smoked salmon and prawns were really wonderful. We all had traditional turkey which came with the usual trimmings. For desert I had tiramisu, my stepson had Christmas pudding and my granddaughter had sticky toffee pudding. All were excellent. We left just after 5 . The whole experience was really relaxing and not rushed. A little expensive at £62.50.but worth it. No washing up. Will return

I had a wonderful meal at Garda last week. I mentioned on the previous occasion I had been to Italy and had a beautiful dish, parmigiana. When I went in on Friday as a surprise they had made me a parmigiana it was absolutely beautiful and I believe they are now putting it on the blackboard. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Garda for going the extra mile :)

Very accommodating welcoming host. We didn’t reserve a table for my wife and daughter (8 months) but they fit us in at a busy time. Service was exceptional which everyone was on the ball. We went for the early bird menu which seemed really cheap for what was on offer. Starter and main for £16.95. We had the deep fried mozzarella, meatballs, chicken in mushroom sauce and chicken Kiev calzone. Complimentary bread and olives comes out first, nice touch ??. I had to take home half of the calzone as it was huge. Eating the other half as I write this review. All the waiters/waitresses was very good with our child, interacting with her. She loved it. They provided a high chair which was of good standard and clean. The food was such good quality and value for money, we will definetley be back.
