When we arrived the cafe only had 2 other customers in however we still had to wait 30 mins to be given our food both staff members were miserable and rude. I ordered a jacket potato which came uncooked and looked grey inside so I returned to food to the counter no mention of a refund or offer to cook me a new meal ! My friend ordered a chicken burger which she was unable to even bite into as it was so hard as if it had been microwaved far too long ! I will NOT be re visiting the cafe again very disappointed

Bought a light bulb it said £4.00 reduced from £4.50.I was charged £4.50.Was told to join the very long queue to get a refund.But I wasn't going to do that.I managed to attract the assistant by shouting excuse me and she sorted it.

Well stocked with Christmas goods and clothing. Good atmosphere and really friendly and helpful staff. No di-icer though for my car !!!

The goods are excellent abs at good prices however hardly any staff, very few tills open. It is a place I try to avoid because of the lack of staff

Men's clothing, stock levels very poor for the most common sizes. Perfect stock if you're 30 stone or 7 feet tall.

Call occasionally, and never disappointed. I like to buy tea shirts, from George to wear outside while gardening etc. I find them very good price, and wear well. I have also bought other tea shirts, slightly more expensive but good quality.The store is nice and light, well set out. Staff I've ever spoken to have been pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Good store for home shopping and clothing, my only minor issue would be the escalator constantly giving out warnings of you approaching the escalator, drives you mad. Feel sorry for the staff

Great for kids' uniform if you want to buy early as they're going. But it's hard to get help who really wants to help. It's extremely hard to shop for clothes when you're in wheelchair. A little help from staff it will be great. And adults must come in extremely small will be geat

Good verity of items sells games for cheaper price than Nintendo store and lots of seasonal items too, but they removed the upstairs self service machines so you have to go down stairs and wait in line.
