After many years of using this dominoes, after last nights food I’ll never be using them again! Food got delivered pretty much cold. Pizza was a mess, had the toppings on some of the slices and no toppings on the other slices!

Driver refused to drive the road leading to our property when he got there with the pizzas. A road that is used by taxis, cars, motorhomes, royal mail, bin lorries and other takeaway drivers. Ended up not recieving the order and simply being told 50 minutes after ordering that we would be issued a refund. Save yourself the hassle and order from elsewhere.

Absolutely furious our order was cancelled due to a problem with the drivers car , not even a phone call. I had to chase this myself when the order was extremely late and showing as delivered on the app!!!!! For them to tell me they will refund the order in 2 to 3 days, appalling customer service and I will not let this go until my £40 is refunded !!!!! Cost of living crisis and all that, cheers Dominos, will never return !!!!

Don’t waste your money!! I don’t know how they can put Domino’s name to this poor poor excuse for food. Terrible quality for the price, food arrived cold, not for the first time. This is the last time we will be ordering from here. I would give it zero stars if I could

I’m less than 5 mins away and it was delivered cold.
I ordered pizza to be delivered to my work place as I have done so for ages the driver couldn’t find me I was on phone to driver whilst I was watching him I was in works vehicle in yard I was flashing lights & hazard lights on but driver did not see me ? pizza was warm not hot like it usually is but I called the shop to tell what happened the manager wasn’t to nice so I jumped in my car to return the order rubbish service for a £20 pizza will never use this place again !!!!!!!

We got the £5.99 medium pizza with 2 toppings deal (pepperoni & ground beef). Decent value for money if not slightly greasy, which is sometimes just down to the cheese that is used. Had problems before with delayed delivery and then missing pizzas from order and incorrect toppings on pizzas. But gave benefit of doubt and gave them another chance.No I was wrong to try, the order took 45 mins to be delivered and one for vegetarian had chicken on it. Phoned them, no answer eventually answered Replacement pizza promised…….45 minutes later still not arrived. Do not rate them, and they don’t careVegetarian options: Changed toppings to make a Texas bbq a vegetarian pizza……they still put chicken on

After the Guiseley Dominos stopped delivering to our area and the Ilkley Dominos took over we’ve never had a good pizza. Our order last week all the pizzas arrived wrong. Calling them back to explain was a nightmare, the guy couldn’t understand me and I had to repeat the order 8 times to him. After waiting over 1.5 hours after the call there were still no sign of the pizzas. I tried to call them back, 60 times!!!! No answer. Finally after hours of waiting to pizzas arrived all wrong again! I asked the delivery guy why nobody was answering the phone, he replied because there’s only two of us so we can’t answer the phone. I tried to contact Dominos customer services to call me regarding this matter as we paid for loads of pizzas/sides and didn’t get any of the pizzas we ordered either time. Customer service never bothered to get back to me! It’s save to say we will never had a Dominos from Ilkley again! Although I would like my money back after paying for something that never came as ordered!!!!!!
