I asked if I could have a meal without the drink and could i have 2 hot wings instead (i have had this many times) and was told that if i did not have the drink OR the fries then i could have 2 hot wings instead. The person who served me was very rude and arrogant.

Its KFC...what do you need to know?\\nIts inconsistant, sometimes your get a good portion, sometimes your looking for the chicken.\\nCooking quality is 70/30 in favour of being good...sometimes greesy.\\nStaff are sometimes a bit bullied by the manager, makes for an anxious environment.\\nNeed some investment and quality control....oh and they are charging 40p for a pot of sauce...come on guys!!!

Possibly the worse KFC store I have ever had the misfortune to visit , made an order last week half the order was missing, got £8 refunded , thought we would give it a go again on a Thursday arrived at 8.30pm made to wait 25 mins and then told our order would be missing items , owner was rude and told us he shuts at 9pm ...food was dry , will never attend that place again .

Called in a few days ago and it was really disappointing.... we'd barely walked in when the old guy on the counter was "so what do you want?" I said give us a few minutes to look over the menu to which after 20 seconds so what do you want?" Jeeez give customers a chance...Anyhow we ordered a zinger sandwich and a 4pc meal, and boneless meal for our grandson sandwich not bad but the our gs said the boneless chicken tasted nothing like kfc...I tried a piece and he was right ....the 4pc meal was just 4 chicken drumsticks so I returned to the counter and asked for at least 3pcs to be exchanged for other pieces... the response was "what sort of pieces? " I said you know, chicken breast etc there are usually 5 different pieces available at any kfc .. all he had was really small thighs... I said is that it ? Answer was a shrug of the shoulders and yes no other pieces available... he didn't care and wasn't interested.I had read reviews before visiting and thought it can't be that bad... but it is.Don't waste your money & time here.

The food is hit and miss. Someday it is gorgeous others it is over done. It's not even like its specific days or staff. Service is really not great staff are very standoffish. But it's the nearest one to us and I love my chicken fried in the Colonels secret herbs & spices.

Bit hit and miss to be honest.Service seems chaotic if there are more than 2 people in the queue. Food can be great if freshly cooked but it's highly likely your getting served food past it's ideal

Avoid if you don’t want food poisoning// not a nice place at all. Have had chicken from this kfc a few times and everytime is a disappointment. I bought a meal and was presented with slimy undercooked chicken which has now left me with food poisoning. Will not be returning at all avoid this place if you do not want to be ill.

Always disappointed by the food. Decided to try one last time. Doesn't taste like other KFC places. No where near as nice.
Grim semi warm chicken with solid batter. Visited about 3p.m sure the food was lovely when fresh at 11.00a.m. not partial to green chips either. Made them swap the cheap legs for an actual piece of decent chicken.

Service is painfully slow. The staff quite obviously prioritise online orders over those of the people stood in front of them in the store. Only take one order and a time, no apologies for delay.A very bad apple amongst what is usually a great company.

It's okay, totally depends on who is working as to the quality of the food cooked. Please KFC change your fries, they're awful and we always bin them!

Made a mistake on the app where it took my delivery to where I was as opposed to where I was actually wanting in to be delivered, called the restaurant numerous times to try and correct it, then called the driver who told me he wasn't going to accept a change of address and to cancel the order. Absolute shambles and a lack of customer service all round, well done KFC and Uber

Just ordered off uber eats. Asked for two box meals only one turning up go back to order an now there not accepting orders. Went to ring the store no one answering. Now only have one box meal between me an my parnter. Great stuff! Absolutely a joke!!!!
