To be honest the customer service here is always good and the food is decent most of the time, which is a higher hit rate than most other MacDonald's.There was an older gentleman working there on Sunday who brought out some treats and water for our dog Freddy, which was a nice gesture really, actually made our morning.

Food always cold, drive through! Cant call it a drive through when waiting 10 minutes for the food (quicker to go inside which defeats the object of a drive through) overall its badly managed.

Went this morning ordered 2 bacon roll meals no sauce through drive thru after 15 minutes wait I ask where my meal was the man finally brings me two rolls no bacon just sauce I tell him that it's wrong and had to explain how you get a bun put bacon in the middle no sauce at all he comes out telling me he's sorted it I check he brings 2 rolls no bacon no sauce and said that's what u ordered eventually after 25 minutes they got it correct

I have never seen such poor service in my life. Throughout Lancashire mc donakds the service is getting worse and worse. Slow, rude, unhelpful.
It's McDonald's it is what it is.
