Stopped here on a walk about five years ago. Great pint, but (seriously) I think I left my hat in the bar. Don't suppose you still have it do you? Grey Tilley all weather hat with full brim. Would love to be reunited - here's hoping. Dave

Called in here when I was staying nearby. Called in with the dog to dry off after we got drenched walking back from Bronte Waterfalls. Very friendly proper old Yorkshire local pub. Guinness was £4.90 so very cheap indeed. I wish I had a local pub like this in Windsor!

Does what it says on the sign. Small local in small village. Friendly atmosphere. 3 hand pulls. Sports on TV if something big on.

Couldn't have been more welcoming when we appeared in the pub soaked to the skin having been hiking all morning. Great beer, lovely staff, thanks for putting up with 4 soaked hikers!

A gem of a pub, great stop for a drink with a view.

Great to see a village pub open on a Monday and busy with regulars in the front room on a Monday afternoon. 3 cask lines from Yorkshire breweries, traditional warm interior with multiple rooms. Cosy and intimate. Great to see a pub designed for socialising in a Yorkshire village rather than a grey dining gastropub
A proper pub with proper well kept beer! Proper friendly pub dogs too! It was great meeting Eli and Billy! Unfortunately we didn't have treats in our pockets..
