A great pub in a pleasant location. There is a good selection of great tasting food and a wide selection of drinks as well. There is plenty of seating inside and outside and this is a great place to spend an afternoon.

Nice spot in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Good outdoor seating to watch the world go round whilst having a beer or two. Nice inside, good friendly staff. Nice selection of drinks to be had. Didn't try the food.

This place is just so nice with the real old Yorkshire hospitality. In the lovely market Square. My husband is disabled and jen and the staff just went out of their way to make his day so enjoyable with the best cappuccino. Highly recommended this place ?

First visited here earlier in the year for drinks and noticed the food looked amazing. We visited again for food and we were shocked at the prices now, 1 course, 2course etc pricing, which is OK if you want to pay the same price for a roast dinner or fish and chips but in my opinion there should be individual pricing. The food was mediocre and service was similar. The drinks are expensive also. I'm not sure if this place has had a change of ownership or brewery but everything has changed in the last 4 months and not for the better

We had the small Fish & Chips for lunch. Absolutely delicious. The batter was like a Tempura crispy coating & much nicer. My friend is Coeliac, & it's easy to choose from Menu as it's all marked on every dish.

After reading the reviews I was very pleasantly surprised how reasonable the prices were. A diet Coke, Appletiser and a coffee cost £7.60. Food was freshly prepared, very tasty and good value for money. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stopped here after a days walking, great location and good amount of outdoor seating. As others have mentioned tho, it’s very expensive. We were charged £8 for 2 pints of Diet Coke!

Went with friends for a drink £9.40 for 2 half lagers and a packet of crisps. Not sure if she charged me right but considering the price for the same 2 drinks minus the crisps in the other bars was £5.20-£5.40 , very expensive crisps.

Quite a cosy place with some outside seating. Small bar can get overrun but the staff were very good dealing with it. Seating can be limited if raining. Very popular at wekeends

Lovely food and coffee, unfortunately we sat outside when the band contest was in town. Felt as if they wanted the table even before we had finished out food...
