Went in for a pizza. No big menu anywhere just a paper menu on counter. Chose a 11" thin meat feast pizza price on menu was 6.80 but was charged 8.45.What I got wasn't worth 8.45 and didn't taste good either.

Horrible food, found hairs in my burger& chips was soggy. I seen one of the workers drop the tomatoes on the floor and they still yet put the same tomato in the burger.. the other staff was smoking a cigarette in the back and never washed his hands, and he was touching all the food. Personally I would 100% not

Unfortunately ordered via Deliveroo and the order was nowhere to be seen. No answer from the restaurant and Deliveroo couldn't get them either. A shame really.

Get the cheesy chips here there absolutely amazing, you wont have had any like it before i guarantee you.The pizzas are also really tasty! If i lived closer id be here every night

Very disappointing experience with Caputo’s this evening. Despite having ordered from here for the past few years - often weekly - there was an issue with delivery after the wrong phone number had been incorrectly stored on the app, despite the address and post code being correct. Whilst the incorrect number may have been my own fault, I find it hard to understand how the driver could not find the address from the address and postcode given, particularly after delivering here regularly. Upon phoning the takeaway, I was privy to the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgraceful, rude, arrogant and obnoxious attitude. Safe to say, we will not be ordering again despite having always enjoyed the food. Not sure if it has recently changed hands, as we’ve never had an issue before.

Ordered many times from this takeaway, will not order again. Arrived late and looked like the delivery driver and his mrs had eaten half of it on the way!!! Kebab had definitely been opened as it was not wrapped in the foil properly like it normally is. Portion of chips were ridiculous!

Prices have to go up I understand that but portion sizes certainly not what they were a few months ago I could never finish a kebab last night I could have ate two they were so small shame because its lovely food but I think they're taking the ****
