Gregs is Gregs !, in the last 12 months they are going down hill fast, item costs are rising at a terrific rate, but hardly any shop has a full display of actual warm food now, if there not carful they will loose

Everytime I order from this Greggs they mess up my order, things missing, sauce on breakfast rolls I never asked for, wrong coffe, isit really that difficult to send an order out

one star as staff was unfriendly and acted like a bunch of angry old women. Served my pastry cold and have asked if they could heat it up like my local Gregg's do for me. But they were blatantly rude and said NO!!! like i was out of my mind. later found out that the hot food is still in hot plate and they wait for the pastry and other food to finish, which isn't right. Last time at this greggs.
