Always delicious food. Staff helpful and attentive and happy to check with the kitchen if food is vegan. Friendly and a great place to go.

Just awful,We spent £48 tonight we ordered several things.Amongst chicken tikka, which was not chicken tikka it was just breast that had not been marinated and burnt to the edges, to make it look like it had been in the oven.No flavour at all.Secondly my partner ordered the chicken tikka masala hot, which she is used to the heat but this was just overly extremely hot. As she said it was burning her lips, couldn’t eat it.And my vindaloo sauce I ordered was full to the brim with gee, in all the places I have been I have never in 30 yrs seen so much oil. I have put pics up for you to see.Never again..

Food was all cold /curry just warm. Rice and mixed kebab starter was cold.. Bajhis aren't crispy but soggy! We actually got takeaway, so service was OK /in time to what it saidWaste of £23Parking: No parking except on the road outside which is a junction so it's difficult
Cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. We turned up on a Tuesday evening expecting plenty of room, it was packed. The owner said if we went next door for a drink he would come and fetch us when there was room. 30 minutes later he asked us to come in. It was 'special thali' evening, fixed price for a selection of dishes. It was so good, an excellent way of trying different flavours, and very good value. If we didn't live 300 miles away we would come here time and time again. 5 stars plus.Vegetarian options: We had chicken and vegetarian option, to try different dishes. All excellent.

Always liked it here, but it will be a while before we return. Our bill for a family was over £180 and we asked for more yoghurt sauce and were charged 85p for it. The final straw was an assumption that we would tip with a choose your tip on the card payment machine. This is very presumptuous. We have always left a tip in cash even if we paid by card, Sadly, this place has got greedy and too big for its boots. It needs to go back to what it was pre covid. Such a shame, we like to support local businesses, but we left this time feeling that we had been ripped off.

The food is always decent here. There are two buts though. The prices of the single starters and of the breads are too high. Also, when paying by card, the machine now shows service charges and you choose accordingly which I feel is wrong. You can decline of course. It’s very presumptuous and whilst I do like it here, I will think twice before visiting again. It’s a shame and yes, times are tough, but this customer experience could have been better.
