Our local. Great traditional pub with beers that are kept and served perfectly. Good atmosphere, welcoming hosts and a hot fire.

We were staying locally and called in for a swift one (or two!) on a Thursday mid-afternoon whilst exploring the area. A great pub with a good local crowd around the horseshoe bar having a good banter. Real fires burning added to the ambience. Great tribute to The Fallen as it was just before Remembrance. RESPECT. Highly recommended.

Again I can only tell you it’s a great, friendly pub with great staff and regular customers, apart from this ugly block at the bar. ? ps he’s the brother in law. ??

Great local country pub. Such a clean space, the toilets were spotless. The beer was fantastic and was very carefully poured in the correct glass for each ale, lager and cider. A lovely atmosphere and very welcoming landlord and landlady. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, as were the locals. Dog friendly and a gorgeous view from the back beer garden. Excellent place to call for a nice drink!

Nice looking pub, but I wouldn't trust the draught beers.Had half a thatchers (that tasted off) and within 30 minutes started throwing up.Definitely need to clean your lines
