“Extremely friendly atmosphere created by all the staff, freshly cooked hot and cold sandwiches, prepared in front of you, nothing is too much trouble and locally supplied desserts etc, portions are value for the money, a rare thing these days.”

“Went with a friend in June 2023. Staff welcoming as we entered, was a busy Saturday but managed to find a table - seats inside/out (mostly covered in case of rain outside). Menu small (often a good sign in my opinion) but plenty we could pick from. Three cheese on sourdough toast was delicious! Coffee nicely done as well. Staff friendly and chatty. My only slight dig was that I couldn’t find a menu online to look at beforehand. Would definitely return again next time I’m in Holmfirth.”
