Used this takeaway for past 18 months and recently (and not sure if new management or not) they cannot get the order correct despite repeating it back to me. Last time they got the wrong dish and today only brought 1 chips instead of the 2 I’ve paid for. Called them and they said it would be dropped straight away and still waiting 45 minutes later when everybody has eaten their meal, called them and she said she was cooking the chips and not making any sense at all. Never using again - would rather stick pins in my eyes, too frustrating.

Dreadful!Pre-ordered at 5 PM for delivery at 6.50. Not arrived by 7.00 PM so called them. Was advised it had just left, so already late with two hours notice! Still not arrived by 7.20 so called again only to be told the driver couldn't find us! (We live less than 5 minuted drive away so what had he been doing for 15 minutes). I gave my phone number to the takeaway to pass on to the driver, It took him another five minutes to call me. Now, 40 minutes late he couldn't take simple instruction to follow the road he was on foe 300 metres and he would find us. I called the takeaway back and cancelled the order! In their defence they did refund my money and offered to send a new fresh meal. I declined as the mood had gone!

The food is consistently great, decent prices for takeaway food, nice staff and drivers. Would definitely recommend if you're craving a good Chinese.Kid-friendliness: Always had a great experience wether getting a delivery or ordering in person all the staff are so lovely and kind

Outstanding! Every dish we ordered. These guys know how to pack in flavour. Portions are big too, well get another meal out of it for sure! First time we've ordered, so was a little worried by orbits reviews, but it was well worth taking a chance. Veg was crispy, meat was succulent, and everything was unique in its flavour (unlike some other takeaways that can sound varied but taste homogeneous). We'll be back, can they keep up the consistency and become a favourite? Let's see...

Ordered online to collect. Arrived when i was told. Full of people waiting for telephone and online orders. Did not even know about mine. Very busy apparently. Waited 20 mins, made a fuss so got order then. Reliveries had priorty, lots going out. Food very good, but need to manage the whole thing propery.
Great cooked food. Polite staff. Would definitely be going back.

I rang to place an order for collection and got straight through. I had to ask how long it would be and how much it would cost. The phone was then put straight down, without a thank you or goodbye. I then rang back to cancel the order due to the rudeness. I was then asked if I wanted to cancel the whole order, to which I replied yes. Again the phone was put down abruptly. This takeaway has changed hands many times. I’ll be surprised if it doesn’t change hands again due to sheer poor customer service skills, or more so lack of them.

Ordered from before, good food & delivery. Tonight, ordered food at 7.15pm, after 4 calls, & being told, at 8.10 there were awaiting a driver, then it was on its way at 8.30, & although leaving about a mile away, food finally arrived at 9.10, being assured it had been freshly cook, it was cold, chips & onion rings look like they had been standing for an hour. Rang back up to be told it was an issue with the kitchen staff. Be careful using this take away, check how busy they are before placing an order

There were 9 other people in the shop trying to order or collect while the one guy behind the counter couldn’t even deal with them because he was answering the constantly ringing phone. Gave up on it and cooked something myself instead. Appalling service. Won’t be going back.
