Over priced for drinks. Terrible customer service. Bar lady was rude when my husband complained about his beer. She told him that was the way it is supposed to taste. She then ran out and almost threw a fresh glass of beer at him when she saw a bad comment I left on their Facebook page. Avoid this place. There are far better places in Holmfirth. You let down a very friendly place.

We went in in a group of 11 and my wife was shouted at by the female manager/owner as she objected to us pulling two tables together. The manager is clearly unhappy in her work and does not get on with people. I suggest a career change might be in order (try lighthouse keeper). This manager consistently scowled at us in anger every time she walked passed. After a member of our group with a disability used the disabled toilet twice & left the door ajar, this same the manager came storming up the stairs & slammed the door shut. This has to be the worst bar in Holmfirth.

Well every time I visit the Box office II Get harassed by a Bouncer?She seems very aggressive for no reason.My friends bought me a pint an much later she wants to ask me to leave?I've been hear for a few times an this Bouncer is always aggressive!Good for business or not I'd say NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE.. VERY POOR
