Spectacular location. Right next to the river and in the center of town. Quiet at night, with good parking. The room we stayed in was massive with plenty of tea, biscuits and chocolates. We didn't need to use the car after we arrived, as there were plenty of good walks around. Food in the restaurant was okay, but had better nut roasts. Would come back.Rooms: Room was very large with well equipped bathroomWalkability: Plenty of good walking routes around

Great friendly bar. Felt a bit sorry for the guy behind the bar, he was totally efficient but run off his feet. Think another member of staff needed behind the bar. He was ace and so friendly xxxx nothing fazed him ????

Great atmosphere, not great choice for someone who enjoys draft bitter.

Great location. Good food and Excellent staff. Shout out to Tate who is so good at their job and a wonderful ambassador to the Old Bridge Inn.
Just dropped in. They couldn't have been any more accommodating. Found us a table straight away. Delicious

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Holmfirth, right next to the river with its own private carpark for residents. Really nice helpful staff. Great decor and bar area. Really busy at weekends. The rooms are large enough with a small bathroom but very clean. The bed was comfy enough, not the best I've ever slept on, but for one night not bad. Again the decor could do with an upgrade, brown is quiet dark and looks old fashioned. But everything works and it's clean.Nearby activities: Plenty of shops and bars within 2 min walk. There are plenty of walks into nearby countryside and of course the iconic Last of the summer wine was filmed here.Food & drinks: Lots of choice for both. Ten Fourteen is nice and the magic Tap for beers are two we tried.
