“Called in today for a large hazelnut latte, I have a walking stick to help with walking, staff members were firstly polite & well mannered when serving me & another staff member carried my drink to my table. Wheelchair accessibility: Would be easy enough for anyone in a wheelchair to gain access into this costa coffee, no steps in the entrance, just flat so no hassle to enter.”
