Absolutely disgusting that they feel the need to rip off customers in this way admittedly I missed that there was a sign but giving only 60 mins parking is unacceptable. This is also the worst food I have eaten at any KFC.

Food was not great,service OK, but what annoyed us was that there were people them in with Mcdonald food sitting, and the manager said it was ok. Personally, I thought that was rude. And it upset me kids, and we had to leave. We won't bother to eat in again.Wheelchair accessibility: It was OK, but the doors to get in are manual in.

Poor show , slow , didn't pack wipes ,salt, fork ect and the chicken was overdone, hard coating and a 6 piece meal all legs !

The intercom wasn't manned to order food and there was no-one at the next window for several minutes. Once he arrived he was polite enough but that's the only good comment I can make. The chicken didn't taste right, seemed undercooked and was swamped in ketchup with soggy batter. The pineapple stick didn't taste right either and had confusing stickers on it making me wonder if it had been left out to long from defrosting. The ice cream was served a fork, a broken fork actually because they had run out spoons. Overall a totally different experience from the last kfc I went to which was excellent. This kfc is enough to put me off for for a long time.

I have tried to go to the kfc in horsforth many times each time it leaves me unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the food they also refuse to turn on the krushem machine and can’t remember the last time is wasnt “broken” i am highly disappointed and disgusted by the conditions inside the restaurant also the tables are left un wiped and i have seen rats at the back of the kfc i would have to say this is the worst kfc in leeds and should definitely be looking into by the management at the kfc.Parking: Terrible bays they are too tight to park in

On average you have to wait around 15mins if you're going through the drive-thru. Service is VERY slow but the staff are normally friendly enough.Often items are missing so check your order before you leave.

This drive through used be great! I placed my order with a lady who seemed to be in a mega rush to take. There was noone behind me and the drive through was quiet. Soon as I got to the window to pay the lady who served me practically threw my drink and food at me again like again she was in some sort of rush! Food mediocre, fillet was a bit tough and mega scrimpy of the chips.

Waited 25 minutes for food at the drive through, the store was empty, staff outside vaping and smoking. No one apologised for our wait or explained why we waited. We were waiting at the payment and collection window in which we could see staff stood on their phones, lots of swearing, and not much working! I ordered a milkybar crushem which had bits of oreo in and just a massive block of melted chocolate! Absolutely appalling service, will never be returning.
Great food, but lunchtime seems to always catch them out!

One car in front of me at the drive through, waited ten mins to get to the window and paid for my meal, I was then asked to park up in the car park and was told it would be ready in 10-15 mins. It wasn’t, I waited 40 mins so the full waiting time was just 10 mins short of an hour. Disgusting service and all I got was a “ Sorry about your wait”. No explanation ! Needless to say I won’t be going there again and I recommend you don’t either.
