Just had a great customer experience thanks to Terry - completely blanked when ordering and forgot to order my coffee iced. He sorted it for me straight away and saved the day (it was hot out and I needed the caffeine!).

Apparently they dont allow dogs. After being served (with my dog) and getting half way through my meal, I was told to leave. I questioned this as I've never been thrown out of a Starbucks with my dog before. I was told it was because this branch was part of the garage next door and it was their no dogs policy. I left and asked in the garage who said it was fine. But the Starbucks employee would still not agree and shouted at me. Im afraid I shouted back!

No filter coffee, americano was cold even tho we had it black. Toilet wasn't that clean. Was also quite cold

I come into this one a fair bit usually served by Charlotte or Megan always nice to see them smiling in a morning.Coffee is always how I ask for it too which is a bonus.

Customer service shocking! The attitude and body language from the girl serving was appalling and when the same girl gave me my drink she practically shoved it at me and chucked my straw towards me. Drink wasn't made very well either to be honest.

Can’t get excited about this one. It’s a Starbucks. I had a coffee and my daughter had a ridiculously expensive multi coloured crush thing. Seriously, near £5 for some crushed ice and raspberry flavouring. Big window means it gets quite hot. Handy as you pass in and out of the city.
Never open on time , today should have opened at 6 but opened doors at 6:45 , staff then said couldn’t serve coffee for another 15 minutes. Staff don’t care just smirk , worse Starbucks in leeds avoid

Disgraceful. Wife was abruptly spoken to regarding our dog and saying not allowed in. There are always dogs in there and they sell puppachinos. Did not even get the products paid for.

Team not opening store on time. Rude members of staff stood inside laughing as people tried to open door (stated online and on the door that it opened at 0730 and this was at 0850)

For the first time in the last month this store was actually open at 730! But it still them took 10 mins for the coffee to be made. This store really needs some looking into!
