Almost every day in this store, and today as well. Wanted create a christmas saver voucher, ask for help, came lady Sally, but she wasn't helpful at all, very rude. She don't understand in app at all ( managers need to learn her with asda app), when I asked how to do it, she turn around and walked away. And it's not first time when she can't resolve some problem with payments and app and just turn around. After came Faiza and was very helpful, and helped me with my problem for 3 seconds. Big thanks her.

The breakfast at the cafe was disgusting the bacon and sausage under cooked blackpudding /hash brown arrived 15mins later then the burned toast arrived

It as it up and down but it's does have plenty of choice same as the price same as anywhere but least in Asda you can more a less get every thing it like any store even with cafe it as good and bad even like the other big stores

I'm not an overly sensitive person but I was shocked at one of the female sales assistant's (cigarette counter) lack of basic communication skills; never having used this counter before to purchase some Halloween bits, she abruptly told me off saying "don't shove them through here (meaning the opening through the window) , just show me the barcodes". No please or thank you's or considering if I was aware of knowing I had to just show barcodes. I hope she reads this and reflects on the way she speaks to people and makes some immediate improvements.
Ordered a click and collect online. Sat in car 25 minutes before anyone came to the service area! Would have been quicker to just get a trolley and do it myself.

A Lady in security uniform refused us from using the fitting room. The polite thing to do is to kindly explain the reason why the fitting room cannot be used rather than a blunt NO! Maybe some extra training in customer service would improve interaction with the people that spend their money.

Absolutely terrible once again I had to wait at the cigarette counter other staff to finish their conversation before they would even think about survey and then they weren't even this is extremely poor customer service very impolite if they don't want to do the job while they are they working there
