This shop has shocked me in a different level. I could and should get this shop closed down for good!! Just look at the state of the food I ordered. 2 pizzas 1 being Asian style and other margarita both 12 inches. Well the Asian style pizza was handed to me upside down and that can be Uber driver error. But the margarita pizza was strangely separated into 2 little dessert boxes as if it fell on the floor or box was destroyed and how do I know all slices add up also it looked greasy and rank! So when the Uber driver calls the owner or manager , he then says to get a refund thru Uber not wanting to pay me and I said I want it now then he told the Uber driver in his language not to give me it and tried to put the blame on me as if I turned the pizza box wrong way. And then he tells the driver to take the food back and don’t go back to him which means then they would’ve robbed my money and I’d have no food. He thought I wouldn’t understand his language. Long story short the Uber driver himself took food back and wanted to pay me just 10 when total was 20 cos of he drove from 5 mins away and cos of petrol which was ridiculous. eventually he paid full amount after saying he had no money. I am shocked and really ashamed that the owner or manger is running a shop with that kind of service. The worst part is that this shop used to be good back in the days till old mangers sold it to some next clowns! I didn’t even know they did pizza but either way this explains why it’s always dead!Id give 0 stars if possible!

Very disappointed ordered of Uber eats said it will be delivered by in store staff waited 1:30h and didn't receive complained to Uber they rang the store and didn't get a reply still haven't received food and lost £25 has changed a lot since auntie left used to be good food.

No longer what it used to be. Chicken isnt the same. Super dry and overcooked! Used to eat here all the time. The chicken used to be steamed and then grilled.Sad news - won’t be coming back!No disrespect to the staff - all very friendly… just a shame about the food!

Chicken is dry, paid 5 pound for 5 chicken fillet meal, served 1 normal fillet and 2 chopped in half. Didn’t even taste nice to top it off.

Absolutely disgusting, been a regular for years and all I said was the chips were under cooked and they couldn't even send some straight away and when I said you expect me to eat under cooked chips and I won't be ordering from here again he said ok no problem, after years buying from you thanks for the rubbish service. And for definite I won't ever be buying from here again.

The ones that have reviewed this place decent clearly have no understanding in hygiene and good standards. The place is terribly dirty. My plate had hair on it when my food was served. The silvers they provided me had dirt stuck on them. Went upstairs to use the bathroom and could feel my shoes sticking to the ground as I was walking up. Does it not get mopped often?? Normally I let things slide. But this place is so dirty, it put me off. Never coming again. Only two stars for the polite uncle.

I have been coming here for years and can't remember ever being disappointed with the service, or the food. We love their food. We get half grilled chicken meal normally, but we are also impressed with the other food items they serve.
