I usually love costa but I think they charged me too much for hot chocolate today I don’t have cream or marshmallows but was charged £4.25 and the tables were all full of trays of uncleared tables. Ive been on Costa website sites to see prices and been Many times and never been charged this much before.

Can't pay buy cash saving on cash costs or customer service reduced or all of the above.\\nTook a while, and no caramel shot erm! I like Costa but felt a bit of umph needed. Seemed to make each drink separately rather than getting on with it.

Theres a big were back ! welcome back sign on the roundabout and then when you pull into the car park and go to the door it's locked!! ... This Costa should really take there sign down if there not open!. Came to drop a family member off to have his vaccine at the stadium and thought oh I'll grab a coffee while I'm waiting 30 minutes... If Costa really want to improve business then they should have the door open when it says welcome back!! Won't be bothering with this Costa coffee again what a waste of time !!! Taking my business elsewhere!

There are many Costas in Huddersfield but this is easily the best. Not the best time to be out with the pandemic but they had very strick measures in place to protect people so ignore anyone saying 'oh they wouldn't let me move tables' its for your own safety. The friendliest staff in any cafe I've visited!

Incorrect opening times - please rectify ASAP.\\nTook a trip to the store (trusting Google information) only to find out the store was closed on arrival.\\n\\nComplete waste of a 30mins drive.
I am a regular at costa coffee and am fully aware of how much coffee there is in a med takeaway cup. So when the med cup was 2 inches below the top I asked for more milk instead of apologising and solving the issue staff were very rude and making health and safety excuses.
