Myself and two other friends visited today \\u0026 we will never be returning. My crepe was firstly severely undercooked \\u0026 falsely advertised as Nutella! My friends had to wait 20 minutes for their shameful “cookie doughs” - both were stuck to grease proof paper, barely cooked! The waitresses who served us were barley past the age of 10 years old.... we complained to the eldest person in the store and her response was “I apologise, you don’t have to pay for one but I can’t do anymore without Lauren”. - Horrendous customer service, avoid at all costs \\u0026\\u0026 go to Barnis or ice stone instead ?

Ordered from here last night as my local let me down, i had the munchies like a mofo and all i can say is this place delivered, my milkshake definitely sorted my thirst out and the cake was to die for, and even better the delivery driver was a hottie instead of a normal fatt greasy man, definitely will be ordering next time im high ?

This business has recently changed owners and I must say the previous owners were 10x better. Faster, more polite, even smiled when serving, the people who currently run this business look like they've been slapped by a wet rag. The food looks like its been thrown in the box by a 5 year old, no care or nice presentation to the order. genuinely would stay clear of this business, Icestones was better and even then that business isn't to the best standard.

Extremely poor Deserts, the thinnest cold cookie dough I have ever received. Served by children, no pride in their product from senior management. This company has massively gone down hill since new ownership! Would not recommend

What an absolute RIP OFF!Paid £5, which didn’t seem so bad until it arrived...The cookie dough was hard and stuck to the paper so broke the forks. They were the size of your palm, which isn’t that big at all! Overall I just wouldn’t recommend it, after waiting 1 hour 20 mins, I was not impressed to say the least!
