Went this evening and the doors were closed even tho it was only 6:30 we checked the times on the door. Said they close at 7, the 2 workers just looked away and ignored us. There was still food out. The doors shouldn’t have been locked if the shops still suppose to be open but they just couldn’t be bothered to serve. We then walked away and they stared at us. So rude and unacceptable to be locking the doors half an hour early.

Love a Greggs, but was disappointed they didn't go and look if any more egg mayonnaise for a sandwich. Was just told if there aren't any out then no we haven't any!!

Nice referbed shop, but the system of one servers while one dispenses has left the universe in catastrophe. I got the wrong order twice and no souse, I had to enjoy a very dry time indeed.

So I went in on Monday bank holiday, there was a ethnic guy in front of me and I witnessed the rudest customer service. He placed his order and the employee named "Kay" literally snatched the money from his hand. When he was placing his order the employee wasn't paying attention and made him repeat his order several times. I was literally stood behind him and I could feel the frustration. Worst service ever by the employee. I'm not sure why she had such an attitude, she needs to leave that at home and is definitely in the wrong job.
