I came into Gregg's this sat morning a young lady served me I asked for a Defca latte the lady said we don't do defca latte but we do defca coffee I can make u one if you want me to make you one and would you like hot milk in it? I said yes. That would be great the lady then asked if I would like the coffee bag leaving in I said no could you please removeI she said yes of course Then a large girl turned around and said to the young lady in a condescending manner make sure you remove the coffee bag using a spoon as if the young lady was an idiot

well i go their daily and have my mocha the service is sooo good staff is so friendly and they always welcome you with a big smile and always know what i want even before i say cadee was on the tills she took my order yesterday she was so energetic and so lovely and rubyy made my mocha she was so professional and lovely as well i always choose kingsgate greggs coz they never say no to my demands i love the staff over here❤️❤️❤️❤️Vegetarian options: there is less options for vegetarians or hallal food here but onion and cheese pasty you can have cheese pizza

i got a Jam doughnut and there was no jam in it. I was on my way to complain but because i had taken so many bites due to Searching for the jam it seems pointless.
Cheap sandwiches, hot one burn your mouth, drinks very hot and lack flavour compared to starbucks, cheap but not as enjoyable, donuts are OK, go if desperate

Staff member was nice but my pizza was cold. It was my break from work and I wanted something hot and quick - it was quick but was cold and stale.When I asked the staff member how long it has been sitting there he said half an hour. I should have been offered a new one since it was cold.Disappointed.

Like Gregg's and the offers they do. I bought a vanilla slice and a latte, however frustrated that they want to charge to eat in when this specific branch is already under cover inside the Kingsgate Shopping mall, so don't see why I should pay extra at this particular location to eat inside the shop. So take mine 20 yes further on to the benches the shopping mall provides FREE of charge, under the same roof. Hence 3*

Old grey haired fat women wouldn’t put more vegan sausage rolls or pizzas in the oven to sell us since it was “inconvenient” for her and tried to sell me pepperoni pizza after saying I was vegetarian, horrible service all around and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, plus would highly recommend getting someone better staffed at the job.
