The service is so Lovely .Vegetarian options: My friend requested for a Vegetarian option and there were several recommendations and we both had a great time

Very rude and arrogantCharge me extra for a sauce that came with it.Quarter pounder that was like a quarter of a quarter pounder.Absolute disgrace, even as a repeat customer they don’t care, it looks and tastes completely different from the other times I have ordered the same thing before . I can honestly say I’m never going back.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:Thank you for your response but you and I both know that your statement is false.It comes on the burger like it always has.And it’s not the first time I’ve complained, undercooked beef burger ring a bell?But I gave you a second chance big mistake on my part.

Pizza’s were not brilliant and certainly not to me liking. The cheese was tasteless and there wasn't enough on the pizza which was probable a blessing.I had the chicken burger which was nice, however the type on bun they used, meant that it broke near enough straight away with all the sauces in it. Need one that keeps its integrity and maybe could do with toasting it more. Overall not bad but not brilliant. Some of my cousins who have tried the burgers have the same issue with it breaking when eating it.

Ordered food through Uber eats and they gave my food to the wrong driver and didn’t get in contact with me to explain the situation to me, then when I rang they promised to have my food made as quickly as possible but still left me waiting another hour before I got my food.
Did was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend getting something to eat from pinos. Well worth the money.

Being unfamiliar with the area we were not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. There were 5 of us ordering and one very fussy nephew. We ordered Donner and chicken wraps and chips a burger cheese nachos extra chips and plain Donner. Good value for money and large portions. Food delivered relatively fast and came home even though we were staying in golcar and pinos in marsh.
