just ordered a meal… first the guy who served me overcharged me and when asked he knew exactly what he did and offered to refund he did and then put less food in my order than we paid for! LOWEST OF THE LOW shame on all of you as it seems most people who work there have no manners and are rude. Never had a good service here ever :( must admit if it wasn't for staff that works there this place would have more customers as we all coming back due to location and we all had issues there in the past!

Ordered 2 trilogy box meal fiery Zinger burger. Didn't get mini fillet, got a chicken wing in each box instead. It wasn't a fiery zinger burger it was a a fillet burger. No popcorn chicken or dip in the box and the chip's where soggy. Unfortunately I didn't look before getting home. Be aware and check anything you pay for from this terrible KFCEven the young girl serving had no personality and came across rude.Avoid at all cost, it's absolutely disgusting, and to top it off they don't give you what you've paid for

Ordered here. Picked up. Food was partially warm.Asked if we could sit in. Seating area shut at 9pm. Website states "23:30". To this 2 female members behind counter begin to speak in their own language, which i found rude as i heard my name mentioned.Sort your staff out and send them on a refreshers course on customer service!

Walked in to collect our mobile order, asked if we could sit inside to eat and the young girl behind the counter told us the restaurant was closed, then the guy mopping looked at us and told us it was fine and that it isn’t closed. The two young girls behind the counter started talking in their own language about us and giggling.The staff need a really good lesson on customer service and need to stop being so lazy and incompetent.No smiles, no please or thank yous, just plain rudeness.Sort your staff out KFC, hire someone with a personality:)

This has to be the worst KFC I have ever visited. Never once have I had an order correct. Today they missed two pieces of chicken out of my order. I drove back and their attitude was shocking.Stay away, definitely worth visiting another branch instead.

£28 for a family bucket wit 7 chicken legs in stone cold chips over còked there phone dosnt accept calls from public discusting orderd on juzt eat li left a message with my ordre wich thay didnt read could of been about an allergy just aswell it wasnt .stay clear of this place its discusting .

Ordered 10 piece bucket when I got home 7 legs and 2 pieces and only 2 portions of chips not 4! Total rubbish. always check your orders!
