Another ordinary KFC restaurant, but this one did not accept KFC member APP orders, nor the rewards! Staff said because of system failure. If that is the case, they should clearly notify customers before they entered. And yes the queue was very long...

Against my better judgment ..as this happened two years ago as well as to day at 4:32pm. Take away 6 piece bargain bucket £13.99...got home and all 6 pieces has been over cooked....they are as try as can be had to try and rat around the dry chicken

The food at this branch is much fresh and tastier compared to the one on Leeds Road... but the service is quite slow as we had quite a long wait.

touch screens never work or print receipts, sometimes forget to give me entire mains so i go all the way home without them. also have the cheek to give me pathetic, tiny, shrivelled mini fillets

Rude staff, mid food, told my mate they had no mini fillets even though other people were clearly ordering them. One staff member shouted at me from the bottom of the stairs in front of customers. I work in customer service so there’s no excuse for this.

Poor.\\nOne touch screen didn't work, the other had no receipt paper to claim the so called \\\"freebies\\\".\\nThe food wasn't great, I remember when KFC used to be real finger licking chicken now it's just a greasy meatless bone.\\nI'll stick to Mac D's in future.

I asked for a flamin chicken wrap then i asked without bbq sauece they start laughing at me I don’t why or it was because of my accent they start laughing and repeating the way i said it between them which it was really rude

CONSTANTLY MISSING ITEMS. At the point where we now don't bother ith this place anymore because there have been countless times items are either totally forgotten or wrong then we are told after calling the store that they won't send another driver out so there's nothing they can do.........thats really great for your disabled customers, how graciousness and understanding of you. If you make a mistake you rectify it thats all part of making your customers experience a good one. Terrible place with even worse management.

I always joke that a visit to KFC is like a game of russian roulette. You never know what's gonna come out from the 'barrel' ( a metaphor for the store counter )... A) Sometimes it's BANGIN DELICIOUS chicken and cooked to perfection with juicy meaty goodness. B) Sometimes it's just average in the choices of chicken they serve and average in the way it's cooked. A safe choice and fills you up, but not enough to put a smile on your face. C) Other times you are served with anorexic chicken gristle and lumpy or watery even, oily sludge looking gravy and you just feel like you've been taken the mickey out of. The KFC russian roulette game. I play this mystery game a lot when visiting stores. But with KFC New street, I can honestly say that generally it's pretty good. I tend to get more A's and B's and it's rare that I get a C. Believe me, that's good for KFC. I rate that is mostly consistent and generally satisfying. I wish they would offer cash as an alternative choice to card payment though during the pandemic. Because of this, I've had no option but to go elsewhere if I only have cash available. The only thing that bugs me about KFC ( and this is corporate thing, not a store thing ), is their bread they use for their burger buns is so DRY and bland. I wish they would do brioche buns. And also the size of their krushems has been shrunk to the point that I no longer want to buy them anymore as they are now poor value for the amount of drink you get in them.

To start off with they haven't got the track and trace paperwork available for customers to fill in which other cafes and restaurants have got. I wasn't happy with the temperature of our potato fries with skins on or the popcorn chicken so I returned both items for myself and my son and the person serving an Asian guy tried to give me a mouthful claiming that all the food was freshly prepared because they had only just opened I told him to replace the items and bring them to our table and at this point I walked away from the counter, the food was replaced and fresh items were bought to use. Sorry KFC but I don't pay over £12 for cold food.

Just had a zinger tower which came in about 45 seconds, the food was stone cold including the fries. Opened up the burger and the hash brown on top was completely saturated in grease to the point where when i tried to pick it off and it literally (not exaggerating) dissolved in to an oily mess in my fingers and i had to scrape it off. I would have asked for a replacement but i didnt like the idea of some annoyed fast food worker rubbing his ballsweat or whatever on my food.
