I really have no idea how this place has a 4+ rating. I got the Pad Thai box with the drink... I think it was something like 8 pound something...The positives: The food was fresh and warm, they make it on the spot and you can see them making it. The boxes are a good size. I got the regular and there was plenty of food.The negatives:... Where do I start.... The food has absolutely no flavour... This tasted nothing like Pad Thai noodles... It even has a bland colouring. There were like 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and almost no vegetables... All the vegetables were at the top so once that's gone you're left with bland soggy noodles... I don't even know why they're soggy since there's virtually no sauce in there. I ate about a quarter of it and then it literally tasted like soggy watery rice noodles... I had to go to the kitchen and put on some soy sauce and mexican hot sauce to give it some hint of flavour.... Maybe they just don't know how to make that particular dish and maybe their other dishes are better... Or it could be that they cater too much to the western palate.... I'll give it another try at some point and edit my review if it improves.Also, they don't take cards... Only cash.

I absolutely love these noodles. I have the combo, which is noodles with chunks of meat and prawns. They have small, medium and large. The small is £6..They've lots of other dishes. Be aware that they only take cash. At the time of writing this, the opening times are 11am to 10pm.

I have not been to Huddersfield in the past five years. Mc Noodle King was the first restaurant I sorted out when I got here.The ambience has changed, however, the food tastes the same and that's wonderful. They now have better-improved deals 2 days a week.Extra spicy means extra hotness indeed!Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options.
Absolutely rubbish deliveroo has placed the food 3 streets away so I have to now apply for a

Friendly fast-food chinese/east asian shop. Generous portions. Has a few tables to sit at but also takeaway. Tasty.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are easy to convert to egg-free on request (for plant based eaters) but vegetarian and vegan stuff is not prepared in separate areas, so if you are a fully strict vegan, this may concern you.

Absoloutely awful customer service, rang up to amend my order and man who answered the phone was rude. Not the right way to treat your customers who are spending their money at your restaurant.

can you PLEASE learn the difference between mild, medium and hot. every single time it's either tasteless or inedible because it's FULL of chili flakesseeds. ordered two large combo noodles as but hot instead of the usual mild. literally inedible. One had no chili at all and the other was crunchy with chili seeds!!! they're supposed to be the same order for a start. mixed them together. still so hot we've both had to leave it. That or be VERY unwell in the morning.
