So went for food after a show , brought 4 meals , my daughter in law after a few bites discovered a ball of black hair ?which my son took to the counter and showed them pointing out where all fair haired so not our , manager arrived on looking at said burger his reply was well you’ve ate half of it !!! So what I should be grateful they did charge extra !! Left establishment no wounder they employ bouncers for such rude management ??

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a meal. Cold burger, cold fries and cold coffee. Full of wanna be gangsters making the place feel like a juvenile detention club. Will not be returning.

It’s not very clean but it’s cheap and you get ur food fast enough the food is always warm and the staff are okay but then need to be more clean and fix up the homeless outside since they start

Atrocious service via delivery. No fault of the driver. The do-tard packing must have been close to clocking out from their shift. Item missing. And a refund of an item (steakhouse stack) missing in a meal was only refunded as £2.63. When it's the highest value item in a meal that totalled over £8. Absolute incompetence of single figure IQ staff and daylight robbery. Stick to food that isn't stuffed full of carcinogens.

Evertytime I order online I am missing items that I ordered, how dense di you have to be to always be missing things out it's a simple job that high-school students take. The amount of complaints about similar stuff is astounding and this place seriously needs to have a think about their staff!!!

Food always comes cold and the amount of mess around the delivery is is unbelievable I’ve been giving 3 estimated delivery times and 3 different people I’ve waited nearly an hour and a half! Shouldn’t do delivery if you can’t get it done

Had a breakfast, didnt give me jam for my jam muffins? bit obvious in the name isn’t it! ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and how can you call what i had an egg? it was a slither of black crisp. i get its fast food but i want what i pay for!
Rubbish. Take the kids for breakfast and you can't even sit down except on the high seats as they had the normal tables blocked off and we were told that they don't let anyone use them until later. I get that having upstairs blocked off makes them not have to deal with too many people before they are fully staffed but it's stupid to not be able to use the normal downstairs tables

Avoid this mcds takeout only every weekend now so no access to toilets i am disabled i have a radar key and was refused access to the toilet The food is allways cold and staff don't seem to care also the bouncers are very intimidating to customers and talk down to them I won't be going back
