So many complaints about the food being cold. I totally agree ?. Maybe, if they turned off the freezing cold air conditioning in the middle of winter it would keep warmer for longer!!!Parking: Delivery drivers using the disabled/accessible parking bays. ?

My trip to McDonald's was a delightful experience! The service went above and beyond my expectations, and the customer care guy at the front was truly exceptional. Despite our mistake in the order, he swiftly corrected it and brought it back to us with a warm smile and genuine concern. This outstanding display of customer service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. I highly recommend it!

Why is none of McDonald's food hot?Luke warm at best.McDelivery drivers cause huge queues, while walk in customers are overlooked and pushed to the bottom of the pile having to wait ages for their 'fast food'You need to have a rethink on your business model
I visited McDonald's with my grandparents and I placed the order on the touch screen machines because the app seldom works.We waited for well over 20 minutes for our food (we were order 69, and order 85+ were being called out at the time). When we got our food, it was cold and there was a cheeseburger missing - we brought this to the attention of a floor staff member and had to wait a few more minutes to get a cheeseburger. Slow and ridiculous service at lunchtime.Wheelchair accessibility: There is very little accessibility as the place gets too busy. Only stairs.

Constantly forgetting stuff from the order, from one cheeseburger to entire meals and they DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR THE STUFF THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN YOU.ITS PURE THEFT!
