For breakfast I can say that it is a superb meal - however due to some confusion on the menu we were left less than satisfied. The menu states that children's meals are served ALL DAY including the main meals. Upon looking further on the menu there's nothing to say that the main meals themselves are not being served all day - and to further this point the QR code to order show's all meals as an all day affair - we were perfectly fine to order bangers and mash at 10:40am.Upon this order it took twenty minutes for staff to reach us to I form us that actually the 'mash wasn't ready' and we had to change our order with some snarky comment on how we're "early" - I find it hard to be early when there's no specified time shown anywhere aside from staff word of mouth that lunch started at 11:30am.The breakfast came with missing black pudding, the bacon was barely warm and the beans were thick - overall disappointed and unhappy. We were offered a refund for the bangers and mash with another accompanying comment on how the "menu should be looked at".Miscommunication nightmare.

Good value, that's about it. Poor bland breakfast, low quality sausages, hard bacon, just warm.

We've been twice ,should of learnt 1st time . Food terrible and borderline cold. You would think a supermarket would cook good food so they can encourage people to buy from them. Latte machine was great ?

The sausages looked like sawdust and didn't taste much better. No glasses were available so I drank my diet coke from a mug. One item was never delivered due to a 'technical glitch' and they conveniently weren't offering receipts so it took ages to rectify. Nobody was even at the counter to raise the issue with.I would have had a more pleasurable experience eating from the glass recycling outside.

The service and food was rubbish I'll never ever eat here again. I should have known when the table's was not clean full of used plates and cups other Morrisons I've been to have always been good but not this

I had a toasted current teacake. I would like to say it was nice but I cannot only received 1 butter pack for 2 halves if teacake. When asked if I could have extra butter was told no they didn't give extras out. I am sorry but half a pack of butter just doesn't stretch to spreading over half a teacake. Come on morrisons we don't all like dry toasted teacakes for breakfast.

I have reviewed this cafe a couple of years ago and it was terrible then. Thought two yrs later it must have improved. Sadly no, it's simply the "pits". We ordered a full all day breakfast plus pie and chips and a couple of bottled water. This came to nearly £16. We had to clean our own dirty table before seating. When the meals arrived the overall look of it was disgusting. The chips looked like they'd been in and out of the frier so many times they'd given up trying to look edible. The breakfast offering was appalling. The sausages were terrible quality without flavour. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and also of terrible quality. The beans were cold as was the tomato. The mushrooms burnt and flavourless. Now let's speak egg. The poached egg I ordered was hard as rock and unrecognisable as an egg. I called a member of staff who said . "Oh they're all like that. We don't make them fresh we buy them in like that and warm them up". Unbelievable. The hash browns were ok, as was the pie my wife had. Before you leave the cafe you also clear your own table, so pretty much no service at all. You even order at a machine. When leaving I pointed out to the staff member I'd spoken to about the egg , the disgusting food that we'd been served, and I made it clear to her what I thought. She said. "I know it's terrible, I definitely wouldn't eat here", in a rather "do I look bovered" manner. She definitely meant she wouldn't eat there. I pointed out to her that she worked in a supermarket full of fresh food so the food should be much better. She ignored me and went in the kitchen. I advise people not to eat in this location. Find somewhere else to spend your money. Morrisons cafe you truly are terrible, and Morrisons as a company should be damn ashamed.

I work at Morrisons head office and tell everyone how good our cafés are, this one is the exception.Upon walking in a woman shouted from the kitchen if you want to sit down it will be 50 minutes (it came out in 5 one positive). This cafe looked like a bomb had gone off. Not one table cleared, not one table wiped down. I asked a lady for a cup she pointed at the cups behind the machine (obviously none there) then grunted and gave two takeaway ones. I then ordered two fruit shoots for them to say they've ran out and told me to grab whatever. The place needs an entire shakeup and I felt guilty letting my kids eat here, it's that bad. Dirty, disgusting and bad service. Only credit was the young girl who brought the meals. But seriously go to any other Morrisons cafe but this one and don't judge the cafe's upon making the mistake of eating here.

Visited 1/4/23, well waiting an hour for our food I noticed some interesting things, firstly one of the waitress has 2 speeds, slow and stop, would only clear half a table and made more effort in collecting numbers than removing dirty plates, even watched her pass a table 5 times with one plate on that she had previously took 2 attempts to clear, new customers were moving dirty plates onto other tables so they could sit with their kids, I'm sorry but isn't it common sense to take a tray of food to a customer and then collect dirty plates on the way back, hey I even watched them walk past the table next to me that had plates there for about half hour with empty trays, is this how their own homes are left, things just piling up well the mess is ignored?, if this didn't make me question hygiene then the guy certainly did, after watching him stand on a chair to fill the coffee machine up I cannot say I saw him wipe it down before putting it back under the table, then he proceeds to scratched his head.. I hope he washed his hands before going back to handling food.. this is the worse I have seen from morrisons cafe and normally have a pleasant time.. obviously it was the team on today that has let this place down

Went today with wife and granddaughter - awful place, badly run, had to ask for cups, table dirty, don't-care-less staff reluctant to wipe it then left it wet. The screen ordering system allows ordering of food items that aren't available, no instructions about where to collect them once paid for. Utterly user unfriendly and chaotic system. The drinks machines were supposed to dispense hot chocolate but it came out as watered down milk tasting of coffee residue. The machines looked unclean. Will not go again. We wasted a disgusting amount of money on a big con advertised as a cafe. My advice is steer well clear.

Had a really nice piece of chicken, nice coffee, and coleslaw, gave order for desert, after twenty three minutes overhead some new customers saying that no deserts left, never informed this by customers, left offspring in car for a extra twenty three minutes for nothing, paid for food that was not forthcoming.

We ordered via the self service machine and found the system fairly easy to use. One minor issue, Would like to be able to add extras but was able to remove stuff as required. Very quick and intuitive though. Their was a counter service for those who need it. The attendant their was giving great customer service, this was easily observed. The hot drinks machines were all fully stocked and a good selection provided. Not a barista style but was as expected and required. The food range catered for my Son and I. He’s a vegetarian and had plenty of options. Vegan options were also available. Overall both of us were really impressed with the quality and price of the food. Service was provided by friendly staff who engaged with the customers. Service was very quick also. The only reason we gave 4 and not 5 stars was my son’s insistence that he should get two hash browns with his vegetarian brekkie. I however got two with the ultimate brekkie so I personally have no complaint!
