Absolutely horrible staff named usman appauling has no idea how to speak to customers giving shell a bad name I took some change in as I was going to pay for the fuel and he said he’s not accepting it??? Where does it say change is not money or to give change is banned very rude will be taking this further avoid him at any costs needs to look at himself and sort his attitude and shouldn’t be belittling people neither.

Night staff constantly on his mobile phone and you have to repeat yourself 2 or 3 times to make him understand avoid if possible

Poor hygene toilet unattended attitude customer service, tired night staff absence on counter most visits.
So, it's a filling station and mini mart so what can I say? It's like so many others. The fuel prices aren't the lowest but if you prefer the Shell V-Power fuels it's the only choice that side of town. What makes this place stand out over many similar places though is that certain of the staff I've met, especially one who seems to work full time in the day, are really friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It's the little things that make a difference isn't it?

As far as petrol stations go, this one is brilliant! They have a deli/cafe inside woth seating available, wide selection of snacks, food, necessities and various things for your car. Plus they have a fanta frozen machine which is the only reason I go there haha. Highly recommended with polite staff and honest prices.

I don't mind paying (a little) more for premium fuel and I really like contactless pay at pump these days. The station is spacious and handy and always has gloves available. All good.
