Our waiter was very kind, polite and sweet during our time here for our bottomless brunch. He was very quick to bring our next set of drinks and spoke to us in a friendly way and told us the best options to order for a fun evening. Will definitely be coming again as he made everything comfortable and fun for us to enjoy. Food is very tasty and worth the money included in the £33 for bottomless brunch <3

We had a bottomless brunch table booked for 4:30. I rang up in our taxi to let them know we would be late but we are still arriving as the traffic was bad on elland bypass. They told me it’s fine and they’ll let whoever know. We got there at 4:50. When we arrived I felt some staff were quite passive aggressive and came to us saying “because your SO late, your table is gone so you’ll be sat at the bar” the table at the bar was fine by me as at this point I thought they were all informed I was going to be late so this must just be what happens if you are. I couldn’t completely understand how the table was gone when I let them know we were late and still coming, if it was booked in my name for 2 hours. We sat down and the staff member came back stating “So guys next time if your late, well maybe next time don’t be late or try not to be then, you can ring and tell us”. I immediately said I did and they didn’t apologise for speaking to us as though we were late to work or a lesson in a high school or apologise for the lack of communication between the bar staff who I had told. They kind of just laughed it off. I understand lateness isn’t good and they may have been annoyed but there was nothing we could do about the unexpected traffic. I didn’t want to cause an issue and I had this booked so I just left it. After this the experience was good, the previous staff member who said this made sure we were seen to enough since we could have been missed because we were not in the brunch section. They kept our drinks coming and food was fast. I appreciate that side of things. But the initial welcoming wasn’t very fair. My low rating is for the arrival and the way we were spoken to. Not for the service after the fact.
