Staff haven’t been trained on food intolerances, preferences etc . I visited once a few weeks ago and someone who I suspect was the manager tried to tell me some none vegan products were vegan , I think they were maybe new owners so went back again this week hoping things have improved, again there was a complete lack of understanding and the member of staff seemed intent that I should have dairy cheese on a plant based sandwich . My diet is a choice and a mistake won’t kill me but this could be someone who has an allergy or severe intolerance.

I come to your subway every Saturday to buy a coffee and for the last 5 weeks on the trot they had been something missing so I'm not able to get a coffe . First week no sugar,then week after no milk , machine not turned on waited 20+ minutes for a coffee . One week it not working . I've just been in and guess what no coffee .how you make money is beyond me. Your staff are so lovely they carnt apologies enough when it's your fault that you carnt run a business. I'm surprised you have bread to make any sub sandwiches...

Drove down to get a subway and arrived at 7:45 (15 minutes before closing). Although on both the door and online that it very clearly states it closes at 8pm the door was locked and no colleagues to be seen.

Will be waiting minimum 30 minutes for your food. Staff bicker at eachother in front of customers. Delivery drivers queuing out of the door. This is on multiple occasions.

Ordered on Uber eats, delivery driver was a star however quality of food is shocking. All good was cold and sandwich not even toasted, no where on app specific it to be toasted. Meatballs didn’t come with cheese on even though I requested cheese, garlic slice was cold and raw as anything. Don’t recommend here. All photos were taken for a refund, foods gone in bin and having to spend more money to compensate
Clearly rushed making my sub garlic breads was just burnt crusty bread with only tomato sauce on I didn’t dare eat it

Yep, it ain't what it used to be or maybe its just this restaurant. I remember when a subway sandwich was an event. Smaller portions and just not the treat it used to be.
