The bread had a weird perfume smell.The 'fake' steak filling was cold and tasted like rubber the cheese was not melted and the salad was not what I asked for. To add further insult, there was a hair in my daughter's sandwich (didn't add to the flavour).How difficult can it be to make a sandwich? Thank you Subway for putting me off takeaways.

Usually have a good time here, came at a busy ish time but didn’t mind that, once I had got my order in the staff were quite dismissive, didn’t even give me a chance to ask for a drink before putting my order through and walking off so just ended up paying and not getting a drink.

We walked in and the first red flag was an employee going "ugh an egg in the salad that's vile" about someone's order. They proceeded to, while making my sandwich, carry other orders over the top of mine.They also used the meat knife to cut my vegetarian girlfriends sandwich and, when we called that fact out, they lied to our face and told us they used the green knife.We then had to also clean our own table to sit because they were all filthy with mess from other peoples food. Are there no cleaners?We usually really enjoy subway, but this was incredibly disheartening service.Vegetarian options: Don't eat here for vegetarians. They ignored the actual protocol for veggie sandwiches

They need staff with more manners. They dont understand how to even wrap a sandwich, and when asked to wrap it up they show attitude. It just puts you off going again.Vegetarian options: Has some with a veg patty and saladKid-friendliness: It's a subway, not butger king.Parking: Difficult to find parking as it is in the centre.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't have itDietary restrictions: Be careful they mix the spoons up
Currently 18:25 and they say they're closed. Don't advertise you close at 18:30 and then turn customers away ahead of time just so your lazy staff can get off early on a Friday tea time

Came here today got a chicken teriyaki and tuna footlong the service was awful she didn’t give me a napkin or a carrier bag and half of my chicken teriyaki had tuna on it because she didn’t put them separately and that sandwich was for a vegetarian person... I asked her to cut it and put it in separate tissue paper then she didn’t use the white tissue paper she directly added my sandwich on subway paper !! I would not even give a one star . Not returning back.
