I went to this subway at 11am on Saturday. The girl called Saimah was amazing. She spoke very nicely and showed great customer service. She had a big smile on her face and really looked after me.Thank you Saimah.

Came on Tuesday evening with my family. I don't know the lady's name who working there but she was amazing.She was honestly so amazing and so polite and very generous. The best customer service I've seen in a while.The food was also very nice as always.

Went at lunch time today, one poor employee trying to serve everyone, while the other employee was clearly fulfilling at the just eat orders! The poor bloke was run ragged and the restaurant lost so much custom due to waiting times! Wise up subway and employ more staff!!!!

Saima very poor customer service and rude behaviour. Refused to take my order and when she did took 20 minutes because there was not enough staff and it was very busy, told me she was working ‘overtime’ when i expressed it’s not my fault if there is not enough staff she started to argue stating it wasn’t hers either. Spoke to her again today she would have been oblivious who was calling and still has the same attitude problem shocked that she HUNG up on me!!!
